By creating an Alto Guard account or installing @AltoSmartbot in a Telegram group you agree to these terms. They apply to the dashboard (guard.altosmartsolutions.com), the bot, and everything you configure through them.

1. The service

Alto Guard is an AI-assisted moderation tool for Telegram group owners and admins: rule-based and AI classification of messages, automated warnings/mutes/removals, a human review queue, appeals, and team roles. Plans: Trial (14 days), Starter (15 USD/month), Pro (49 USD/month) with per-plan limits on connected groups and AI actions.

2. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to administer each connected group and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable law.
You control your moderation rules; you are responsible for actions taken under your account, including by your team members and any staff you add via invites.
Do not use Alto Guard to unlawfully monitor individuals, discriminate, harass, or evade platform rules. Misuse may suspend the service.

3. Accounts

One Google account per seat; keep credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
You may disconnect a group at any time; you may close your account from Settings. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Payment is in cryptocurrency (USDT-TRC20, USDC, BTC, ETH) processed by NOWPayments. Prices in USD; the pay-in crypto amount is quoted at order creation and may vary with market rates before you pay.
Subscriptions renew for the same period on expiry unless cancelled; cancel anytime from the dashboard and you keep access until the paid period ends.
Underpayments: if the received amount is below the invoice (fees/rates), the shortfall becomes dashboard credit or the subscription is not extended for the unpaid part; we do not silently bill later.
Refunds: within 7 days of first purchase if the service materially fails to work as described. Crypto network fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use & AI limitations

AI moderation can make mistakes. Important actions (ban/long mute) require your confirmation in the review queue unless you enable auto-apply; you can undo actions and users can appeal via the bot.
Fair-use limits on AI volume apply per plan; sustained abuse may result in throttling with notice.

6. Service availability & liability

We target ≥99.5% monthly availability, excluding Telegram or Google outages and announced maintenance. No SLA compensation applies to the free trial.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event; we are not liable for indirect damages or group content losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence or limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Suspension & termination

We may warn, throttle or suspend accounts that misuse the service or threaten platform health, with reasonable notice unless the risk is urgent. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

8. Changes & governing law

Material changes are announced in the dashboard and on this page at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai International Financial Centre courts for disputes), without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
